Founded in 2000, this woman-owned, New York-based importer specializes in natural wines. The wines in their portfolio are made with no laboratory yeasts, enzymes, sugar, artificial concentrators, acidification, or sulfites added during fermentation. The wines are aged and bottled without stabilizers, or excessive filtering or sulfites.

Alcide Monmousseau founded this estate in 1886 on the site of an abandoned quarry made to build the royal castles of the Loire. Justin-Marcel Monmousseau, the nephew and successor of Alcide assumed control of the estate. Seeing similarities between Champagne and Touraine, he focused the majority of their production on traditional method sparkling.
